1. Information we collect

We do not sell personal information for money. We may allow analytics, advertising, or attribution providers to collect identifiers and internet activity for cross-context behavioral advertising or measurement. Under California law, that activity may be treated as “sharing” even when no money changes hands. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children under 16. We do not use BrightPathIQ customer content for advertising.
5. Cookies and advertising choices
Our website may use cookies, pixels, tags, session tools, and similar technologies, including analytics, security, performance, and advertising measurement tools. Subject to applicable exceptions and verification requirements, California residents may have the right to:

We aim to confirm a request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, with one lawful extension when necessary. If a request is denied, the response will explain the reason and any appeal process available under applicable law. Requests to opt out of sale or sharing will be processed without requiring account creation.
7. Other jurisdictions
If you are in a jurisdiction with additional privacy rights, we will handle those rights as required by applicable law.
